Greenberg: Nintendo and Microsoft leading

Yet more from chatty Microsoft executive Aaron Greenberg this week, the Xbox boss-man telling MCV that only Microsoft and Nintendo are "winning" with the current generation.

In what could be considered another swipe at Sony, Greenberg offered: "We think that we’re one of those industries that consumers are staying in for entertainment.

"'We', by the way - that’s us and Nintendo. Both the Wii and the Xbox 360 are really the two big winners. Actually, the only two winners right now if you look at holiday sales year over year."

Sales results for the Christmas period are expected to show Sony finishing a fairly distant third, as the exec hints. More soon.
