The DSi was released in November in the land of the rising sun, and has lead charts since then, the handheld managing over 182,000 for the week in question.

The PSP was a strong second, with sales topping 157,000, the third with just shy of 120,000 sales.

Sales of the PlayStation 3 were also up, hitting 60,000 in fourth place, the original managing 48,000, ahead of the which nearly managed 20,000 units shifted.

The was last with sales over 12,000.
