Sony battle PS3 Trophy issues
But fix promised soon
Reports online over the weekend reveal that Sony are battling with airly hefty "issues" related to the Trophy system on the PlayStation Network. Apparently, those altering their PSN ID, or password, can see their Trophy data corrupted.
This bug can result in some rather odd feedback on the front-end, messages stating that Trophy data has failed to sync; resulting in looping error messages that don't look very good at all.
It seems as if not everyone is effected but Sony are hard at work on a patch, from what we're told. LittleBigPlanet and Burnout Paradise count among the titles impacted, and while their is a user-focussed fix, it isn't very friendly if we're being honest.
Still, Sony are adamant that a fix will be implemented as soon as possible, even if there is no "ETA" yet. Thanks CVG.
