Word today (thanks Edge) reveals that all is not lost for TimeSplitters developer Free Radical, the British game maker's administrators stating that there is interest from other parties eying a potential purchase.

"We are very confident that we will achieve a sale if we decide to market the business," Cameron Gunn from administrator Resolve revealed.

"It’s a testament to the employees and the regard of the company that a significant interest has already been shown."

100 members of staff have now departed, we hear, and other developers are said to be eying key developers. Realtime Worlds, Codemasters, Monumental and Eurocom are all said to have visited Nottingham in recent days.

Offices remain locked at Free Radical, while the firm has been in administration since Thursday. We'll keep our noses to the ground for more on this.
