LittleBigPlanet gets store via new update

Sony make life easier

Sony Computer Entertainment and Media Molecule have this weekend unleashed a new patch for user-generated platformer LittleBigPlanet, taking the title to version 1.07.

According to word on the street, the new update adds a store into the game, which should make a for a fairly major new feature, especially to those heavily involved in the crafting of levels for the game.

The shop allows players to browse all the downloadable content available for the game, also offering an instant snapshot of DLC you've already acquired.

Level searching has been improved too, and you can now browse by popularity, rating, age, et al.
