15 USD isn't a huge amount of money that's for sure, but some players are less than appreciative of Blizzard's latest move - charging players 15 bucks for customising their character.

For this fee - only introduced in North America thus far - players get to alter their character's face, hair, skin colour and sex.

You can get in on this act through your account page; where all of Blizzard's chargeable stuff is handily located. After paying, you'll be granted access to all the customisation options available.

As part of this process, you also get to change your avatar's name, which was costing 10 USD previously, so in that sense this isn't such a bad idea - the developer adamant this move is more about dissuading people from changing names and servers as it is making a more greenbacks.

We're not sure members of the World of Warcraft community will sympathise, however...
