Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is likely to be one of 2009's most talked about titles, and it looks like are going to really pushing the boat out, the developer promising to use almost all the power of the - where the original only used 30-40%.

Apparently, the first images and details on the new game are revealed in the latest Game Informer magazine, and are duly reported online.

Stargate SG-1 actress Claudia Black will star as a new lead in the sequel, Chloe Frazer, while the new game's plot will see hero Nathan Drake seeking the lost ships of Marco Polo.

Combat will be improved, and Nathan will be able to shoot while running, climbing and hanging. Melee combat will be tweaked as well.

More on this new PS3 will be forthcoming at the Video Game Awards this weekend. We'll keep our noses to the ground.
