Microsoft revealed over the weekend that they are planning on running a weekend of competitions and events in honour of the Xbox 360. That's this coming weekend, to you and and me, the showcase taking place from the 28th to the 30th of November.
Celebrities will be hitting Live for chit-chat, and there will be games to play, of course, Microsoft readying prizes such as concert tickets, Avatar T-shirts and music downloads to reward players.
British act The Prodigy are involved, in addition to Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero World Tour contests. Franz Ferdinand and Oasis tracks will be available for download as well.
Further contests will involve FIFA 09, PES 2009, Gears of War and Call of Duty. Something for everyone. More on Xbox.com.
