Baja box art dispute resolved
Activision-Blizzard will be redesigning the box for SCORE International Baja 1000, after THQ issued warnings, noting that the packaging is rather similar to their own Baja: Edge of Control.
THQ lifted the lid on their packaging first, giving them the upper hand in this particular tussle, with Acti now going back to the drawing board, after legal threats were made.
THQ claim Activision were stubbornly refusing to change their packaging, despite the fact that the similarity could prove confusing. Both feature a leaping truck, with another vehicle chasing to the rear.
It is unclear when SCORE will be released in Europe, although Baja is out now.
