Copyrighted LittleBigPlanet levels pulled

Sonic and MGS aped in naughty levels

Media Molecule have this weekend deleted several user-created LittleBigPlanet levels, as the landscapes crafted were apparently 'borrowed' from other games. Sony and MM have previously vowed to delete naughty content, as well as content breaching copyright laws.

According to the official forums, the levels in questions were rapidly pulled, without warning.

The content in question included elements taken from Metal Gear Solid and Sonic, and there is no hope of these levels being retrieved, either.

Better to keep your homemade offerings entirely original, folks.
