WipEout HD freezes vanquished

Friends allowed once again

A new patch has been released by Sony for WipEout HD, preventing the freezing problems which have blighted the release up to this point.

Not everyone was impacted by the problems, which seemed to effect those with more than 50 pals on their friends' lists in the main.

To grab this healing update you'll need to delete your save game files and create a new profile, at which point the 1.10 update will install automatically.

Deletion won't hit online leaderboard records, nor will you lose Trophies, it'll only hit campaign progress. Which is something, I suppose.
