Konami have registered the game title 'Metal Gear Solid Existence, leading us to believe there could be a game with this name coming out in the future. Obviously.

Rumours of a prequel are doing the rounds, but we suspect that this is just conjecture. Of course Solid Snake's days are over, so we're unsure as it who the main character will be.

Perhaps we'll hear more about this at the Tokyo Games Show? Let's wait and see.
