Sony Computer Entertainment Europe told the world late yesterday that LittleBigPlanet will be arriving on the PlayStation 3, in Europe, on October 24th.

That's a mere five weeks away now, and we're certainly getting excited about sackboy's imminent debut - which is looking like the make-or-break event of Sony's Christmas season.

No US dating has been offered yet, but we do know Media Molecule's opus will hit Japan on the 30th of October, so we'll keep our noses to the ground for more on this title for you.
