Outspoken analyst has told blog site VG247 that he believes a European price cut for the console could be introduced ahead of the manic festive season.

The Wedbush Morgan exec said he would be surprised if the console wasn't reduced on the continent, given slashes already underway in and predicted in North America.

"I can’t imagine why they would penalize you folks," he offered.

30% has been knocked off the console in Japan, while a drop as great as 80 USD is possible.
