Halo developer have admitted in a new interview with GI.biz that they can't rule out releasing games on other consoles in the future. For now, their future remains firmly with the 360, however.

"For now we are working on with but I don’t know beyond that," AI wizard Damian Isla said at Develop last week.

The programmer also admitted that the studio has been rejuvenated by its exit from the Microsoft fold. "There’s definitely a new energy in the company and I think that’s exactly what the intention was," he offered.

He also spoke of a sense of optimism for the future, before noting that Bungie have "lots to learn" from the success of 4.

"They did some very innovative things to keep people going and their experience-rewards system was something that we paid a lot of attention to," he explained, concluding: "Halo has a lot to learn from."
