Burnout developers have confirmed that their delayed update for Burnout Paradise on the 360 should arrive on Live tomorrow, Monday the 4th of August.

The update, dubbed 'Cagney', should have been launched already but the game's creators opted to push back the release, given that this is much more than just a tweaking-fixing patch, but will add some fairly hefty new features.

Three new game modes will be added, there will be two new cars, a news page and a calendar. Criterion will also introduce 70 new challenges, a new 'Online Racing System' as well as other enhancements.

Cagney is just one of several planned updates set to be introduced for Burnout Paradise, the developer planning to transform the game. Tomorrow it is.
