DS getting new Chrono Trigger
A brand-spanking new Chrono Trigger title has been confirmed for the DS handheld via publisher Square-Enix's official website.
A tantalising page has gone live, leaving the initiated in no doubt what Squenix are working on - the site featuring a big, ticking clock, with a background of gears. The URL is hardly subtle, either
No official word has been forthcoming, but a Japanese site is present and correct, leaving us hopeful that Europe and North America won't be left out.
The first Chrono Trigger, for the SNES, had quite a following among cultists, but never made it to European shores. Hopefully we'll learn more on this in the not-too-distant future.
