Lost Planet Colonies set for Japan in May
LP sequel seaps into limelight
Capcom's Lost Planet sequel, Lost Planet Colonies, will be released in Japan on May 29th, news in this afternoon reveals.
Kotaku have even scanned in the first images from the new game, and while you won't catch us being so naughty, we can tell you that you'll be able to play as a girl in the sequel. You can even fight with the insectoids against the humans, should you wish to.
New weapons, enemies and locales are promised. As well as a few surprises.
Capcom are developing this new shooter for release on the PC and Xbox 360, which it will hit in late May, in Japan. Cross-platform online play is on the cards, we're pleased to report.
No word on when the game will reach Europe or North America, but we'll bring you more as we get it.
