Trip Hawkins' long-suffering publisher/developer 3D0 has been delisted from the Nasdaq, following confirmation of chapter eleven bankruptcy last week. The company has been suffering for a long time, not least because their recent games portfolio has been less than stellar (need we mention the Army Men travesty?), though the company did seem to be trying to improve this situation before the cash ran out, it would appear.

The delisting was linked to their bankruptcy filing, their long-suffering share price, and a missing payment owed to the stock market by the troubled company.
