Balance Board for Boogie 2
Nintendo's Wii console is already set to get a whole lot more 'disruptive' with the arrival of 'not-really-a-game' Wii Fit, and the accompanying balance board peripheral - which will act a little like a more sophisticated dance mat.
EA are obviously keeping an eye on this release, reports hinting that the publisher could be set to make use of the new input method as part of Boogie 2 on the Wii console.
Boogie received mixed reviews, but EA reportedly place great importance on the series as a key foray into casual and party-gaming genres, targeting those non-hardware gamers that Nintendo are already so good at titillating.
More on Boogie 2's rumoured dance mat approach as we get it.
