Piracy worries still plague Big N
Rife software piracy in South Korea has already seen the launch of the Nintendo DS handheld delayed until last January, and even with the launch out of the way Nintendo has been far from taken with regional market conditions, DS software copying apparently widespread. The company is now pressing for investigations into piracy in the country, complaining that websites offering DS games for download are being tolerated.

Demands for copyright breaking websites to be removed have apparently gone ignored, and now Nintendo Korea have requested that the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office look into the problem.
"Nintendo will take further measures if copyright violations continue," a representative of Nintendo told the Financial Times.
Gaming mad South Korea is clearly seen as ripe territory for the Big N, though their DS delays and ongoing piracy worries clearly show that all is still far from perfect in the country.
