So frequently the purveyors of Japanese hits to PAL region markets, Rising Star Games are once again the saviours of cult gamers, this time promising to deliver to come February 2008.

The title, developed by Grasshopper, is the latest creation from Killer 7 mastermind Goichi Suda, and promises plenty of action-based and a stylised appearance.

In the game, you'll be playing as Travis Touchdown, an ordinary(ish) chap approached to battle it out against 10 murderous maniacs in a bid to prove his abilities as an assassin. Using the Wiimote to control the "Beam Katana," you'll be learning about the characters you face before engaging them in sword-based combat.

"This is exactly the right product to broaden the format's appeal to a wider, more serious gaming audience," enthused Rising Star boss Martin Defries.

More on this shortly.
