One of Take-Two's big hopes for the future is the continued growth of the 'series', says analyst Mike Hickey of Janco Partners, who believes that fiscal 2009 could see the game land on the Wii, and possibly handhelds.

He also believes that IV and future installments of the best-selling series remains the publisher's best hope for future success; which is hardly rocket science when you think about it.

"We expect management could choose to raise capital now, leveraging a higher share price, investor enthusiasm over the GTA IV release, the franchise potential of Bioshock and their strong fiscal '08 guidance," says Hickey in a report dedicated to Take-Two's outlook.

Indeed, beyond analysts premonitions, future BioShock titles have already been hinted by Take-Two's management, who suggested in a recent conference call with investors that the series could follow a two-year cycle.
