A number of tweaks and fixes have been ushered in as part of the update, with the PlayStation Store improved, as well as enhancements to the system's backwards compatibility with older PSone and PS2 titles - more older games will work, basically.
Other than that a few tweaks under the hood have presumably been introduced, but the update isn't quite as wholesale as version 1.90, which ushered in such enhancements such as wallpapers for the CrossMediaBar and the like.
