Mike Bithell announces the voice cast for his new game Volume

Danny Wallace makes a triumphant return as the AI companion

Mike Bithell, the man behind the sublime Thomas Was Alone has announced the voice cast for his new game, Volume.

Volume is a non-lethal stealth game, inspired by Metal Gear Solid, that tells a the classic Robin Hood tale with a modern twist.

Robert Locksley, voiced by Charlie McDonnell, stumbles on a training simulator for military forces planning a coup and decides to use the simulator to broadcast to the people an instruction manual for how to steal Britain back.

Danny Wallace makes a return after his BAFTA-winning performance narrating Thomas Was Alone voicing Locksley's companion AI in a style similar to Stephen Merchant's playing of Wheatley in Portal 2.
