Bill Roper's opus (chortle) Hellgate: London is set for Europe, with Flagship today unveiling their pricing plans for the upcoming RPG, which will feature a full singleplayer game and a mode, as well as a persistent world updated with evolving content for those seeking an MMO-style experience.

'Standard and subscription' accounts are mooted, and all purchasers of the new are promised a full experience with community features, trading, voice chat, et al.

For those going the extra mile (9.99 Euro, 6.99 USD), Hellgate: London will offer new character classes, areas, monsters, items and raid content, new game modes (including Hardcore, Role-Play and PvP mode, apparently), and additional character and stash slots. Subscribers can found guilds, select to nominate an officer and will have access to guild and player housing - with other features yet to be revealed. Flagship's new title is set to launch on November 2nd.
