Ubisoft reveal first Lost information
Be a passenger on 815
We've known that Ubisoft are busying themselves with a Lost game, based on the hit US TV series, since mid-2006, however we're only really getting a picture of what the game will be all about today - with the publisher confirming a Q1 2008 release on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
Kicking-off matters from the very beginnings of the TV series, you'll play the role of a passenger on Oceanic flight 815, which crash lands on an uncharted island where matters slowly but surely begin taking a turn for the strange.
Like the flash-backs that are a prominent and celebrated feature of the real TV show, you'll be confronting your past prior to the crash, and interacting with characters from the real series also struggling to come to terms with life on the island.
Familiar locales will feature, alongside more than a few familiar faces, and you'll be facing puzzles and fighting 'the others' as well as battling the smoke demon thing that is still something of an enigma in the TV show.
More on Lost as we get it.
