Sonic and Golden Axe hitting Live Arcade
New titles available now
Speak at Microsoft's pre-E3 showing in Santa Monica, Peter Moore announced the existence of Scene It?, a new 'family game' being created by Screen Life. The new title is based on a boardgame and includes elements of quizzing and puzzling. The innovation? The game is played with a Buzz-like controller, four of which are included in the game's box for the price of one usual title.
The new controller includes one button on the top and four in a line beneath it. Though it all bares a striking resemblance to Buzz.
Meanwhile, conjecture aside, Santa Monica's Microsoft briefing is moving apace with Redmond promising a raft of new Live titles by the end of the year -revealing that they now have over seven-million users on the service.
The big news? Sonic and Golden Axe are available on the Arcade right now, while others like Space Giraffe, Undertow, Hexic 2, War World and Sensible World of Soccer will be out later this year.
Plenty more support to follow, Peter Moore enthuses. More soon.
